Every Flag Is Made For You
At MaeCrafts, every flag is made to order — carved, painted, and finished by hand after your purchase is placed. We don't keep inventory on shelves because no two flags are exactly alike. Yours is built specifically for you.
Production Time
After your order is confirmed, please allow 5–10 business days for your flag to be handcrafted in our workshop before it ships.
Shipping Time
🇺🇸 United States
3–5 business days after shipment.
Total estimated time: 8–15 business days.
🌍 International (Worldwide)
7–10 business days after shipment depending on destination country and local customs processing.
Total estimated time: 12–20 business days.
Shipping Cost
Free standard shipping on every order — worldwide. No minimum. No exceptions.
Tracking
Every order ships with full tracking. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your flag leaves our workshop. If you don't receive it within 11 business days of ordering, contact us at maecrafts@outlook.com and we'll look into it immediately.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country upon delivery. These fees are set by your local government and are outside our control. MaeCrafts is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days (US) or 30 business days (International), contact us. We'll investigate and make it right — replacement or full refund at our discretion.
